Responsibilities
Add new vendors to Oracle, ensuring compliance with internal processes and audit standards
Update vendor information in Oracle, including banking details, addresses, and contact names, following established guidelines
Maintain vendor change trackers and prepare analyses for quarterly audits
Manage and maintain HCP reporting data in Oracle, ensuring accurate recording of NPI numbers and HCP-HCO status in vendor entries
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Oracle systems or similar platforms
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and track vendor data effectively
Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
