Create original copy for various global clients
Write communications for Loyalty, CRM, and other comms channels
Write and edit content for a variety of projects, including email programs with dynamic and static copy
Collaborate with communication strategists, CX/UX designers, data scientists, tech developers, and project managers to brainstorm ideas and articulate messaging
Qualification
Required
5+ years of copywriting experience from an advertising or in-house agency
Excellent communication skills and flawless writing talents in English
A relevant background in journalism, communications, or related discipline
Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines
A leader in personalized customer experiences
