Responsibilities

Process and manage accounts payable transactions with accuracy and efficiency
Handle accounts receivable tasks, including monitoring and verifying payments
Perform daily cash verifications and prepare documentation for bank deposits
Reconcile credit card deposits and maintain detailed check registers
Organize and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable files to ensure compliance
Prepare refunds for license holders and verify related documentation
Conduct monthly reconciliations for both accounts payable and accounts receivable
Assist with financial reconciliations, including balance sheets and expense accruals
Support the preparation of financial statements and journal entries
Utilize Great Plains Dynamics software for accounting tasks

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Proficiency in accurate data entry and financial record-keeping
Familiarity with expense accruals and monthly reconciliations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Knowledge of general ledger and journal entry processes
Comfortable working in a diverse and inclusive environment

Preferred

Experience with Great Plains Dynamics software is highly preferred
Strong skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting
