Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support strategic decision-making and improve overall performance
Develop and maintain detailed financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability
Perform variance analyses to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost optimization
Provide ad hoc financial reports and analyses to address business needs and support leadership decisions
Utilize data mining techniques to extract and interpret financial data for actionable insights
Oversee annual inventory processes and ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation
Collaborate with warehouse teams to manage inventory levels and optimize distribution processes
Monitor and evaluate warehouse operations to ensure cost-effective inventory management
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to guide business strategy
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial regulations in all analyses and reporting
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in financial analysis and modeling, with a strong understanding of financial principles
Proficiency in performing variance analyses and providing actionable recommendations
Expertise in conducting ad hoc financial analyses to support business objectives
Knowledge of data mining techniques and their application in financial contexts
Familiarity with inventory management, particularly within warehouse and distribution environments
Demonstrated ability to manage annual inventory processes accurately and efficiently
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as Microsoft Excel
