Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, planning, and successful delivery of technical transformation engagements for Google's strategic public sector customers in the East region, overseeing execution across technical teams and partners
Serve as a strategic partner to the Go-to-Market team, leading the full business cycle for professional services engagements by proactively identifying customer challenges and needs to position Google Cloud products and solutions and drive account growth
Provide thought leadership, consulting, and technical outlook for customer engagements and the program portfolio, collaborating with Google's cross-functional executives and key technical leaders to oversee solution planning and deployment, evaluate technical data, and lead technical decision-making to ensure sound technical direction and excellence
Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience delivering digital transformation projects to organizations
Preferred
Certification in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Project Management Professional (PMP)
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience working with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud and broader enterprise technology transformation space
Experience leading the full business cycle for complex professional services engagements
Experience building relationships with government officials and C-level stakeholders by developing a strong understanding of the customer business and managing in-depth, data-driven insights
