Responsibilities
Execute core FP&A processes (e.g., forecasting, planning, variance analysis, etc.) to support front-line Finance teams
Engage teams to implement new process infrastructure and scale support across Google product areas and functions
Analyze data to proactively unlock insights, identify trends, and uncover opportunities
Identify process improvements through the use of AI to automate and streamline monthly activities
Be the essential partner to front-line FP&A teams, driving process efficiency through standardization. Support change management to ensure responsibilities and deliverables are clearly outlined for hub and front-line Finance partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, a related function, or an advanced degree
Preferred
Experience with large Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP)
Experience in developing and maintaining monthly/quarterly reporting to business leaders and ability to turn data into actionable insights
Experience in application of latest technologies to improve processes and accelerate insights with leveraging AI
Familiarity with database concepts and SQL
Excellent quantitative, written, and presentation skills
