Responsibilities

Develop and implement operating plans that align with strategic goals and drive measurable outcomes
Oversee core business functions including Product Delivery, Engineering Operations, Customer Success, and GTM execution
Build and refine scalable systems, processes, and teams to support rapid growth and operational maturity
Establish and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and business reviews to ensure accountability and performance
Partner with Finance to manage P& L, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for margin improvement, cost optimization, and ROI enhancement
Provide clear operational insights to support executive and board-level decision-making
Ensure operational compliance with industry regulations, data privacy standards, and contractual obligations
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Security to strengthen risk management and business continuity practices
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation across all teams
Support leadership development, succession planning, and organizational health in partnership with HR
Champion company values and culture during periods of growth and transformation
Act as a connector across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance to ensure coordinated execution
Partner with product and engineering leaders to align operational priorities with roadmap delivery
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, enabling focus on strategic growth, partnerships, and market expansion
Present operational updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to the Board
Lead through industry shifts, organizational change, and scaling transitions with clarity and confidence
Build trust across teams and stakeholders by maintaining transparency and reinforcing priorities

Required

10+ years of senior operational leadership experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or platform-based businesses
Proven success managing P& L and driving profitable growth in high-growth or transformation environments
Strong financial and analytical acumen; adept at forecasting, KPI development, and data-driven decision-making
Demonstrated ability to build and scale teams, systems, and processes without compromising agility
Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, infrastructure operations, and customer delivery models
Excellent communicator with executive presence and board-level experience
Bachelor's degree required
