Legal Program Manager, Google Cloud
Google is a leading technology company and they are seeking a Legal Program Manager for their Google Cloud division. This role involves supporting complex, multi-disciplinary projects that empower legal teams to facilitate Cloud’s growth, while also managing legal operations and improving workflow efficiencies.

Responsibilities
Lead projects from design to implementation to improve global workflow consistency. Build automated, self-sustaining legal support models that reduce review times and support business scale
Manage legal operations for Cloud Legal teams globally, including Product, Technical Infrastructure, Public Sector, and Go-to-Market
Support established business processes to ensure Cloud Legal executes contracting obligations at scale. Create playbooks, training materials, and guidance for legal support across Cloud business units
Maintain knowledge repositories and best practice frameworks for legal staff. Use data to identify efficiencies and improve legal support models
Coordinate with Cloud and Legal stakeholders to ensure legal operations align with business objectives. Use feedback from cross-functional teams to improve commercial legal processes and policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
3 years of experience in program or project management
3 years of experience with legal agreements, operations, analytics, or a related field
Preferred
Master's degree, MBA, JD or other advanced degree
Experience in agreement management, managing operational cadences and implementing technology based solutions in a corporate legal environment
Experience in a high-growth technology or consulting environment, and communicating and collaborating effectively across teams and time zones with competing priorities
Experience using data to inform operational decisions, with the ability to determine and communicate risks, benefits, and gaps in analysis
Ability to pay attention to detail, ensuring work products are completed thoroughly and precisely
Ability to organize and prioritize constantly changing demands and multiple projects simultaneously
