Instructional Design and Delivery Specialist

Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain internal documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, and training materials
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and reflect process changes accurately
Ensure documentation is clear, consistent, up to date, and easy to access
Manage document versioning, reviews, approvals, and archiving, and perform quality and compliance checks
Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training aligned with documented processes
Develop and facilitate live and asynchronous learning experiences to address identified skill gaps
Collect feedback and continuously improve training and documentation practices
Track and support reporting on training completion and participation

Required

Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Technical Writing, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in documentation management, training development, or related work
Strong command of written English and document formatting best practices
Experience working with document management systems or content platforms
Skilled in facilitating training for diverse learners

Preferred

Experience in regulated or technical environments (e.g. finance, healthcare, software)
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
Background in process improvement, adult learning theory, or instructional design
