New Grad, Entry LevelFortune 500 is seeking a Service Desk Support Specialist to manage and troubleshoot IT support requests. The role involves monitoring ticket queues, resolving hardware and software issues, and assisting users with various technical needs.

Responsibilities
Monitor and manage a ticket queue, prioritize support tickets based on urgency
Troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues
Troubleshoot iOS, Windows 10, 11 and Microsoft O365
Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company
Troubleshoot Printer issues
AV or Asset management is also very helpful
Troubleshooting hardware on laptops, imaging, 0365 TS, internet and connection issues, etc
Ensure all issues are properly logged and detailed notes for each incident or request
Create Knowledgebase articles
Assist users Onsite including but not limited to imaging laptops, workstation setups, and desktop support
Assist with Zoom Conference Rooms issues or setups
Troubleshoot VPN issues
Manage additions, removals, and changes into Asset Management system for our IT assets
Qualification
Required
