Write original, advanced Olympiad-style biology problems to challenge frontier AI models
Evaluate AI-generated solutions for correctness, clarity, and scientific rigor
Identify logical flaws, incomplete reasoning, or insufficiently rigorous explanations
Provide clear, concise, and correct solutions with full reasoning using LaTeX
Maintain extremely high standards of precision and problem difficulty
Assess model failure modes to inform AI training and improvement
Qualification
Required
Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field, or strong background in biology Olympiads
High proficiency in writing and formatting documents using LaTeX
Deep understanding of core theoretical and experimental biology concepts
Strong ability to articulate reasoning clearly in written form
Rigorous attention to detail when verifying solutions and problem structure
Preferred
Experience participating in competitions such as IBO or equivalent is a strong plus
