Work with the Director of Marketing to execute a variety of marketing functions, from digital campaigns and content creation to social media management and public relations
Manage the hotel’s online presence, ensuring that the content across our website, social media, third-party platforms, and external listings is both accurate and aligned with our luxury brand
Develop and maintain an editorial calendar, curate engaging content, and report on the performance of digital campaigns to continuously refine our marketing strategy
Support the development of marketing collateral, such as proposals, presentations, advertisements, and menus
Collaborate with internal teams to drive awareness and revenue across the hotel's various outlets, ensuring that all activations align with The Joseph’s elevated brand standards
Monitor online reviews, responding with thoughtfulness and timeliness to maintain a positive brand reputation
Contribute to our PR efforts and influencer strategies, amplifying The Joseph’s presence in the luxury travel market and among local audiences
Support marketing initiatives across multiple channels and departments, contributing to the hotel’s broader goals of brand growth, awareness, and guest satisfaction
Qualification
Required
At least 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field
Deep understanding of the digital landscape
Experience with website CMS platforms
Social media management experience
Proficiency in the Adobe Suite
Proficiency in Google Analytics
Proficiency in Canva
Proficiency in Sprout Social
Experience in photography and video editing
Ability to use software like Lightroom and Premiere
Strong communication skills
Ability to deliver messages in a luxury tone
Proactive and solution-oriented
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
