Responsibilities
Accurately document patient visits and treatment notes in real time for the doctor
Help prepare treatment rooms and assist patients with rehab/therapy exercises
Greet patients, manage scheduling, process payments, and answer phones as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfort with computers/electronic health records
Preferred
Interest in healthcare or wellness a plus
Experience in chiropractic, PT, or medical office preferred but not required
