Develop retail agent relationships and drive submission flow
Master our portfolio of binding authority carriers to deliver elite underwriting expertise and fast turnaround times
Deliver high quality underwriting acumen to drive profitable production within carrier appetites and guidelines
Consistently engage retail client base to uncover growth opportunities and ensure premier client service experience
Respond to questions from agents via telephone, email, etc
Provide prompt and courteous service
Develop and maintain retail agent and carrier relationships
Assist support staff and resolve problems and questions
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Competencies: Communication Skills; Information Seeking; Influencing Others; Problem Solving; Results Orientation; Knowledge of Insurance Terminology and Practices
Minimum of 5 years of experience within the insurance industry
High School Diploma required
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
