Manager, Sponsor & Exhibition Experiences - US
Nteractive is a company that specializes in creating live brand experiences for some of the world’s biggest brands. They are seeking a proactive Manager, Sponsor & Exhibition Experiences to build sponsor relationships, execute sponsorship packages, and ensure high-impact experiences for clients and sponsors.

Responsibilities
Acting as the primary point of contact for sponsors and exhibitors, guiding them through their event participation
Owning the delivery of sponsorship packages including booth experiences, digital elements, content sessions, graphics, registration and marketing promotional opportunities (MPOs)
Delivering a first-class sponsor experience through proactive communication, clear guidance and exceptional service
Championing a “sponsor-first” mindset across internal teams and vendors
Working closely with client workstreams to align timelines and execute sponsorship deliverables
Developing and implementing clear, scalable processes for sponsorship execution
Contributing to sponsor readiness materials including content guidance, policies, technical specifications, key dates and approval processes
Ensuring sponsorship elements are delivered seamlessly across all event touchpoints
Supporting the development and maintenance of strategic, long-term sponsor relationships
Partnering with sales, clients and sponsors to understand business objectives and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Contributing to the achievement and exceeding of sponsorship revenue targets
Driving continuous improvement through analysis of sponsor and client feedback
Acting as a key contributor within project teams, sharing expertise and best practice
Supporting team development by modeling Nteractive’s values at all times
Bringing insight, structure and calm leadership to fast-paced, multi-event environments
Qualification
Required
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for working with sponsors and exhibitors
Strong collaboration skills and respect for diverse viewpoints
Highly motivated with a solutions-focused, can-do mindset
Confident, persuasive communicator (written and verbal)
Strong diplomacy and negotiation skills
Excellent customer service orientation
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experience delivering sponsorship and/or exhibition programs, or relevant transferable experience
Proven project management experience, delivering multiple projects on time and within budget
Demonstrated success executing sponsorship and exhibitor packages
Ability to thrive under pressure across concurrent events and deadlines
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity
Quiet home environment from which to work
Minimum of 25MB download and 2MB upload speed for home broadband capacity to meet Nteractive homeworking business requirements
Liking for and ability to undertake international travel throughout the calendar
Preferred
Experience using Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) platforms (RainFocus preferred but not required)
