Responsibilities
Drive Partner field sales relationships as the regional POC for the partner to engage and navigate Capgemini
Demand Generation and Sales Enablement with the Capgemini account base by leveraging the partner channel within a specified geography
Drives partner influence revenue, responsible for individual deals and registrations
Takes the lead for hyperscaler funding claims, working with all stakeholders to initiate and progress the claims
Qualification
Required
Drive revenue growth through the sale and promotion of partner solutions
Work closely with Marketing, Industry Verticals, Business Lines, and Strategic Partner Managers
Focus on demand generation, deal origination, and pipeline development
Align internal teams with partner field sales
Leverage joint go-to-market initiatives
Manage the full deal lifecycle
Utilize partner funding programs
Ensure accurate deal registration and compliance
Support joint account planning
Co-develop assets and training
Foster strong partner relationships to accelerate opportunity progression
Achieve key success metrics including partner-related bookings, pipeline growth, cloud/data consumption, and incentive fund utilization
