Serve as phone back-up to manage incoming calls and office visitors
Cover lunch breaks and periods when the Front Desk Coordinator is out of the office
Open and close front desk duties, including mail collection, sorting, and distribution
Post payments in insurance carrier websites
Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks to support the Personal Lines Department / NE Region
Qualification
Required
1 Year of Customer Service/ Receptionist Experience
High School diploma
