Head of Creative Strategy (Meta Ads)
Jumpspeak is seeking a Head of Creative Strategy to lead their paid performance advertising efforts and drive growth. This role involves owning the creative strategy for Meta ads, bridging data and creative execution, and leading a team to build a world-class paid acquisition engine.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overarching creative strategy for Meta ads that drives profitable user acquisition and scales our subscription business
Build frameworks for creative testing, learning agendas, and systematic iteration based on performance data
Identify emerging opportunities in ad formats, messaging angles, and audience segments across international markets
Analyze creative performance data to identify winning patterns, diagnose underperformance, and inform testing roadmaps
Determine which creative concepts to test, scale, or kill based on statistical significance and business impact
Build dashboards and reporting systems that make creative performance transparent and actionable
Partner with growth and product teams to connect creative insights with broader funnel optimization
Lead the ideation and development of high-performing ad creative across formats (UGC, testimonials, product demos, educational content, etc.)
Establish creative production processes that balance quality, speed, and cost-efficiency
Maintain a deep understanding of our audience segments and craft messaging that resonates with each
Stay ahead of platform changes, creative trends, and competitive landscape
Adapt creative strategy for international markets, understanding cultural nuances and local consumer behavior
Build localization frameworks that go beyond translation to create culturally relevant creative
Test and validate messaging, formats, and hooks across different geographies
Scale what works while maintaining brand consistency globally
Build, mentor, and scale a team of Senior creative strategists and potentially designers/video editors
Establish clear goals, processes, and quality standards for the creative team
Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and data-informed creativity
Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, product, brand, and analytics teams
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in performance marketing creative strategy, with at least 5 years focused on Meta advertising
Proven track record of scaling consumer subscription products or apps through paid acquisition
Deep expertise in analyzing creative performance data and translating insights into actionable strategy
Experience leading and developing creative strategists or similar roles
Strong understanding of creative testing methodologies, statistical significance, and incrementality
Portfolio demonstrating successful creative campaigns that drove measurable business outcomes
Preferred
Experience with international expansion and creative localization across multiple markets
Background in EdTech, language learning, or consumer apps with strong engagement loops
Familiarity with creative production workflows and working with designers, video editors, and UGC creators
Experience with other paid channels (TikTok, YouTube, Google App Campaigns) in addition to Meta
SQL or analytics tool proficiency for self-serve data analysis
Understanding of brand positioning and how performance creative ladders up to brand strategy
