Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain customer, transaction, and inventory data in CRM and database platforms with a strong emphasis on accuracy and consistency
Perform data validation and cleansing to identify and correct discrepancies, duplicates, and formatting errors
Transcribe information from source documents (invoices, forms, scanned images) and verify entries using OCR tools when applicable
Reconcile records across systems, escalate unresolved issues, and prepare periodic data reports for stakeholders
Follow data security, privacy, and confidentiality procedures when handling sensitive or PII information
Coordinate with remote teams via Slack/Zoom to prioritize tasks, meet turnaround targets, and implement process improvements
