Field Training Manager
P. Terry's Burger Stand is seeking a Field Training Manager to join their Learning & Development team. This role focuses on delivering hands-on training for crews and leaders while supporting the New Stand Openings process across Texas.

Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on, in-stand training for crews, MITs, and leaders
Lead the NSO process
Coach leaders to build confidence, consistency, and accountability
Support MIT development and onboarding
Capture and edit short training videos for Burger Blueprint
Create and facilitate operations master classes
Manage training enrollments, completions, and reporting in the LMS
Qualification
Required
4-5+ years restaurant General Manager, restaurant training, or restaurant multi-unit experience
Strong on-the-floor coaching skills
Comfortable traveling :60%-75% across Texas
Preferred
Experience with field training or new stand openings preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
