Design systems that capture long-horizon behavior, shape real-world rewards, prevent drift, and enable agents to plan based on predicted outcomes
Own the full loop: Data → Experience → Rewards → Feedback → System Adaptation → Product Impact
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in agentic systems (LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent)
Experience with LLM-enabled production platforms
Knowledge of feedback & reward loop design
Experience in large-scale data engineering
Understanding of long-horizon evaluation, drift detection, and system safety
Preferred
Experience building systems that learn from experience
