Carrier Readiness Call (CRC) Coordinator
Core Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Carrier Readiness Call Coordinator to support the U.S. Navy Aircraft Carrier ROC. This role serves as the central administrative hub for tracking ROC policies and facilitating collaboration between stakeholders, ensuring compliance and data analysis for operational readiness.

Responsibilities
Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with CNAP, CNAL, and external leadership (NAVSEA, PMS 312, Shipyards) to ensure alignment
Readiness Reporting: Translate maintenance data into dashboard summaries and executive reports using Microsoft Excel pivot tables
Administrative Oversight: Track ROC policies to ensure compliance with OPNAV instructions and maintain CRC calendars and schedules
Data Analysis: Investigate past maintenance and operational data to provide statistical and graphical analysis of costs and trends
Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating and conducting ICAV events to maintain knowledge of shipboard systems and maintenance plans
Process Improvement: Provide feedback on all activities to maintain data quality and develop recommendations for CVN policy improvement
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years' experience analyzing Navy maintenance data (OMMS-NG, VSB, MFOM, NDE)
Experience providing oversight for maintenance data transmission and managing call routing/management technologies
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables), Microsoft Teams, and Outlook calendar management
Fluent in the use of Microsoft Products for professional report generation
Eligible for Secret clearance
