Partner deeply with Data Science & Engineering (DSE) to define and operationalize vertical KPI frameworks, ensure measurement quality, and create durable product performance rituals
Partner deeply with Finance & Strategy (F&S) to establish operating cadence and the mechanisms for how Games Product plugs into planning and reporting
Own portfolio governance frameworks including scoring, tiering, and resourcing recommendations, and help drive quarterly rebalancing aligned to impact

Champion cross-portfolio IP moments for live service, coordinating opportunities that span multiple titles rather than a single game team
Flex into priority game teams to provide support Games Title Product Managers during launches, major updates, system rewrites, or peak complexity — driving clearly defined workstreams without changing the primary owner
