The role involves building client lists, driving sales revenue, and providing high-quality customer support while ensuring customer needs are met in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
Provides reliable, high-quality customer support
Performs customer instruction on spray foam application and functionality
Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks
Monitors and ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks
Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner
Meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards
Monitor and review all work orders to ensure customer expectations are met
Maintain constant communication between all departments on current work orders
Ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner
Manage and maintain daily reporting
Answering new and existing customers' phone calls while following sales processes
Cold calling, door knocking, and meeting with prospective clients when needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
Ideally, have one or more years of experience in customer service/commercial sales
Strong working knowledge of common computer software, including but not limited to: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM
Must have a valid driver's license
Detail-oriented, organized, and can keep efficient notes and records
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an understanding of basic grammar and writing
High energy, positive attitude, and forward-thinking, strong work ethic
Strong team player with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Meet or exceed sales goals
Must have the ability to become 100% proficient in product offerings
