Responsibilities
Lead and execute all HR functions across multiple manufacturing sites, including employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, compliance, and talent development
Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership and regional leadership teams
Support and guide leaders on employee relations matters, investigations, and disciplinary actions
Oversee HR processes for both hourly and salaried employees in a heavy industrial environment
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across all sites
Drive consistency in HR policies, programs, and systems across the region
Support organizational growth initiatives, including new facility ramp-ups and workforce expansion
Travel regularly to regional sites to maintain strong on-site presence and engagement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
6–8 years of progressive HR experience
Prior experience in an industrial or heavy manufacturing environment is required
Experience supporting large employee populations (500+ employees preferred)
Proven hands-on HR leadership style; must be comfortable working directly on the plant floor
Experience supporting both hourly and salaried workforces
Preferred
