Director/ExecutiveHorizon Health is seeking a full-time Revenue Cycle Director who will provide strategic and operational leadership over the full revenue cycle across various health services. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate reimbursement and optimizing revenue performance while collaborating with multiple departments to support financial sustainability and access to care for underserved communities.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute revenue cycle strategies that improve cash flow, reduce risk, and support Horizon’s long-term financial sustainability
Maintain deep expertise in FQHC-specific reimbursement methodologies, including PPS, wrap payments, Medicaid/Medicare billing, sliding fee scale requirements, and third-party payer rules
Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability for revenue cycle staff and leaders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field required
Progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
This position requires the employee to be located in South Dakota; remote work will be considered for candidates residing within the state of South Dakota
Preferred
Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) experience strongly preferred
Experience overseeing revenue cycle operations across medical, dental, and behavioral health service lines strongly preferred
