Responsibilities
Strong troubleshooting skills. Self-motivated
We need someone with a strong in Windows tech support (OS 1011), performing imaging and rollouts
PBF has created their own image and the techs will be responsible for imaging, memory upgrading and asset tagging on over 450+ machines
We need a tech that is able to be on time, have a great demeanor as well great customer service
The client is is very customer focused and really needs people who are willing to work as a part of a team
The imaging has been created but the team at PBF And will be working with our current technician on the rollout
The candidate will be pushing the image out as well as working with off the shelf app, deploy to the boxes
All equipment is Dell
This person is interfacing with the end users afte building out the machine. they need a good personality and communication skills are an absolute must
Active Directory ; no group policy or permissions ; creating accounts, enabling disabling accounts, Exchange to create email accounts on Outlook
Troubleshooting applications and ensuring software and equipment is supported appropriately
Ticketing system exp ; moving to FreshWorks from Footprints but neither exp necessarily needed, just familiarity with ticketing system
Del City team that they will support remotely
Bob has X1 traveling field tech supporting both sites
Handful of other people in the infrastructure side of the house that will be alongside this resource in Paulsboro
Tech center + the refinery environments
Refinery they will be required to wear PPE (fire retardant jumpsuit, gloves, etc
No facial hair ; clean shaven (mustache may be okay)
TWIC process (can take some time) receipt of that is needed and they will have to be escorted until they get their card
Facility in S Jersey they can go to ; similar process to getting your TSA process (can use your TWIC as a TSA precheck)
No remote work
Interview onsite with Bob
X1 interview with him and Ray Z
Most be willing to travel btw NJ and De sites
Qualification
Required
Windows systems technician versed in desktop/printer/phone support
Familiar with Active Directory for account creation and adjustments
Familiar with Windows 10, 11 imaging and deploying IT equipment
Ability to build machines with new hardware as they move from Windows 10 to Windows 11
Strong troubleshooting skills
Self-motivated
Strong in Windows tech support (OS 1011), performing imaging and rollouts
Responsible for imaging, memory upgrading and asset tagging on over 450+ machines
Ability to be on time, have a great demeanor and great customer service
Willingness to work as a part of a team
Pushing the image out as well as working with off the shelf apps, deploy to the boxes
Experience interfacing with end users after building out the machine
Good personality and communication skills
Active Directory experience; creating accounts, enabling/disabling accounts
Troubleshooting applications and ensuring software and equipment is supported appropriately
Familiarity with ticketing systems
Willingness to travel between NJ and DE sites
Ability to wear PPE (fire retardant jumpsuit, gloves, etc.)
