Responsibilities
Maintain master data appropriately ensuring accuracy, consistency and reliability in SAP and other dependent systems
Provide timely responses to requested services and establish appropriate working relationships with internal customers
Ensure that developed processes are followed successfully and enforce business rules by providing adequate support
Ensure all communications are managed via Service Now ticketing tool
Support Continuous Improvements Projects and Process Documentation updates
Perform Root Cause Analysis on master data quality issues and drive continuous improvement on processes and systems
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills
Highly motivated to learn and eager to grow professionally
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure while respecting tight deadlines
Comfortable with public speaking
Bachelor's degree in sciences, business or related field required
Preferred
Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP, is a plus
