Responsibilities

Open files and prepare documents for scanning by removing staples and organizing them in chronological order, scanning documents with a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy
Process documents quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines, shredding confidential documents securely, as well as opening and sorting incoming mail

Qualification

Document processingAttention to detailBasic computer skillsOrganizational skillsCustomer service experience

Required

Reliable transportation
3+ years of customer service experience
Basic computer skills
Previous experience in document processing, paperwork filing, or a similar role is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High School Diploma or equivalent
