10+ years expitD is seeking a Strategy Manager – Site Selection Strategy to support Meta’s rapidly expanding data center footprint by translating long-term infrastructure demand into actionable site selection strategy. This role serves as a strategic and analytical backbone for the Site Development organization, enabling data-driven decisions that ensure scalable, timely, and efficient delivery of data center capacity.

Responsibilities
Lead strategic analysis and data modeling efforts to support data center site selection and long-term capacity planning
Develop, maintain, and enhance complex analytical models and spreadsheets to inform where, when, and how new data centers should be built
Partner cross-functionally with communications, construction, design, and energy teams to coordinate inputs, align assumptions, and deliver integrated outputs
Pull, validate, and manage large datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for executive-level analysis
Produce predictive analyses and business justification materials to support strategic investment and planning decisions
Present findings clearly to senior and executive stakeholders, influencing alignment and decision-making on strategic initiatives
Proactively improve existing processes and launch new initiatives to scale site selection and development operations
Attend regular internal practice community meetings
Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities
Qualification
Required
10+ years of overall professional experience in strategy, operations, analytics, or a related field
Strong analytical expertise with demonstrated experience working with complex datasets and building scalable data models
Proven ability to extract actionable insights from data to support strategic decision-making
Extensive cross-functional collaboration experience, partnering effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
Executive-level communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present, influence, and drive alignment on strategic initiatives
Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet-based modeling and data analysis
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
Preferred
Experience in energy markets or the technology sector
Direct experience in site selection, infrastructure development, or large-scale capital programs
Background supporting long-term (5–10 year) forecasting or capacity planning initiatives
