Designing and building AI capabilities from first principles, not bolting models onto fragile systems
Making clear trade-offs between speed today and scalability tomorrow
Working directly with founders on high-impact technical and product decisions
Taking ownership of projects end-to-end — from idea to production
Mentoring other engineers and setting the quality bar
Talking to customers to understand real-world constraints
Qualification
Required
4–10 years building AI-driven products in production environments
Experience in agentic or applied AI systems, not just experiments
Strong software engineering fundamentals (Python, modern backend stacks)
Comfort operating in ambiguity — and enjoying it
A mindset that says: 'I'd rather own the problem than wait for instructions.'
