Develop and maintain secure, high-performance RESTful APIs

Review code to maintain best practices, performance, and scalability
Work cross-functionally to deliver meaningful, high-impact features
Mentor junior and mid-level developers, helping elevate team capability
Qualification
Required
10+ years of PHP experience
5+ years of strong, hands-on Laravel expertise
Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and API design best practices
Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, maintainable code
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
