Mid LevelStratacent is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in business analysis functions and a solid understanding of .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented, and implemented effectively in .NET-based applications.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement walkthroughs
Work closely with .NET development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Understand .NET architecture, APIs, and integration points to provide accurate technical inputs
Prepare BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), and user stories
Create process flows, data models, and system diagrams using tools like Visio or Lucidchart
Act as a liaison between business users, QA, and development teams
Manage expectations and ensure timely communication of project progress
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that delivered solutions meet business needs
Assist in creating test cases and scenarios based on requirements
Work in Agile environments, participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in .NET-based projects
Strong understanding of .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies
Familiarity with SQL Server, REST APIs, and integration concepts
Excellent documentation skills and proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in Agile methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Preferred
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to microservices architecture
CBAP or similar BA certification is a plus
