Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across North America
Build strong relationships with decision-makers in facilities management, property management, and commercial sectors
Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to contract close
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client solutions and drive revenue growth
Qualification
Required
Proven hunter in the janitorial, facilities, or commercial services industry
Track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and thrives in a competitive environment
