Clinic Director / Weight Loss
Livea is a fast-growing medical and wellness organization specializing in evidence-based weight management and a broad range of wellness-based products and services. They are seeking a highly motivated Clinic Director to lead their Livea Center in Eau Claire, focusing on sales leadership, team development, and customer experience management in a med-spa environment.

Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisition for both nutrition and medical services
Lead and coach a team to achieve sales goals in:
Premier nutrition programs
GLP-1 medical weight-loss programs
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT, TRT)
IV therapy & wellness injections (NAD+, LIPO B-12, MIC, etc.)
Nutritional supplements and ancillary wellness products
Own center-level revenue performance and implement strategies to exceed monthly targets
Deliver high-quality consultations using solution-based, client-centric selling
Maintain strong product knowledge and confidently communicate program value
Proactively canvass local businesses, gyms, corporate partners, and community organizations to grow referral networks
Represent Livea at community events and seek out local marketing opportunities
Support center-level social media visibility through posting, engagement, and client storytelling
Build strong relationships with clients that generate referrals, reviews, and long-term loyalty
Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team focused on client outcomes and sales success
Hold staff accountable to KPIs, outreach expectations, and exceptional client service
Create a positive, energetic environment aligned with Livea’s culture and service standards
Ensure daily operational excellence, including scheduling, day-building, inventory, and compliance
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years in a sales-driven role, preferably in med-spa, fitness, medical retail, wellness, aesthetics, or similar cash-pay environments
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Leadership experience in coaching, performance management, and team accountability
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Comfort with technology, scheduling tools, and social media platforms
High energy, self-motivated, and passionate about helping clients improve their health
Ability to work some early evenings and Saturday mornings based on center needs
