New Grad, Entry Level3 Dragons Brewing is seeking a dependable brewery technician helper to support daily production operations. This hands-on role focuses on sanitation, material handling, and learning to operate a canning line, with full training provided.

Responsibilities
Assisting with setup, operation, and teardown of the canning line (training provided)
Feeding cans, monitoring fills, checking seams, and keeping the line running smoothly
Cleaning and sanitizing tanks, lines, floors, drains, and equipment
General brewery housekeeping and organization
Moving raw materials, finished product, and supplies (kegs, cases, ingredients, packaging)
Assisting with basic production tasks such as batching, transfers, and packaging prep
Following safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures at all times

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a wet, industrial environment
Comfortable working around hot liquids, pressurized systems, and machinery
Production-based schedule
Indoor industrial environment with noise, moisture, and temperature variation
Preferred
