Advise clients on insurance regulatory compliance and related transactional matters
Counsel insurers and reinsurers on state insurance laws and regulatory frameworks
Assist with the formation, licensing, and structuring of insurers and intermediaries
Interact directly with clients, including large financial services and insurance companies
Support regulatory filings, approvals, and examinations
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex regulatory matters
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of law firm or in-house experience in insurance regulatory or compliance matters
Experience working with state insurance laws and regulatory agencies
Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility to waive in
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
