Tech Consultant (Onsite Customer Facing Role)

They are seeking an IT Analyst for an onsite client-facing role, responsible for managing IT infrastructure and implementing solutions for automation and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Must have up to up to 3-5 years of experience in managing systems in an IT environment, preferably as a onsite IT Analyst managing IT environments in a small to a medium business location
Must have experience with systems management i.e. managing servers and desktops in a windows environment (Server 2016, 2019, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook etc.)
Must have exposure to cloud-based technologies like Microsoft Azure, VMware etc
Must have Advanced experience with troubleshooting and use of Microsoft office suite, including running macros and pivot tables
Some basic scripting knowledge is required to create and edit scripts in a system managements environment for automating tasks
Experience with creating and managing standard images for windows workstations and laptops, for a large-scale deployment
Very organized and self disciplined individual who can own the tasks that are assigned to you
Needs to have experience with capacity management tools in a managed services environment
Ability to manage corporate assets in a windows environment (for example, SolarWinds, Barracuda, Unitrends, Bit Defender, Patch Management etc.)
Experience with managing mobile devices (primarily IOS) using cloud-based technologies
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
Should have experience in delivering within a projectized delivery environments to guarantee successful outcomes
Experience with rack stacking hardware is a plus
Basic troubleshooting with HP printers is a must

Required

Bachelor's (Required)
