Qualification
Required
EXPERIENCE WITH LIHTC, HUD and/or PSH ( Public Supportive Housing ) is REQUIRED
Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and guide team members
Excellent Communication skills to interact with tenants, team members, and stakeholders
Experience in Property Management and a solid understanding of maintenance and tenant operations
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management within property operations
Outstanding Customer Service skills to ensure tenant satisfaction and maintain relationships
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple properties and tasks efficiently
Preferred
Familiarity with local property management laws and regulations is an asset
A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred
