Scalence L.L.C. is a global $3B medical device company seeking a Senior IT Project Lead to manage complex technology projects with a focus on Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management initiatives. The role involves driving end-to-end project delivery and collaborating with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and vendor teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle delivery of multiple large IT projects (initiation → closure)
Define scope, timelines, budgets, resourcing, and project deliverables
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and financials
Drive governance compliance, documentation, and executive reporting
Partner with business leaders to ensure alignment with strategy
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, business, vendors)
Mentor junior PMs/BAs and support PMO process improvements
Promote best practices in PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid methodologies
Support organizational change management for technology rollouts

Required

Expertise with project management tools: MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, tracking)
Solid understanding of Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid SDLC methodologies
Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field

Preferred

PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification
