Assist with trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibits
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of commercial litigation experience
Admission to the New York State Bar (required)
Experience practicing in New York state and federal courts
Strong written advocacy, analytical, and courtroom skills
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Self-motivated, resourceful, and collaborative work style
Preferred
Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
Interest in fiduciary litigation is a plus
