Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to set Marketing’s annual plan globally, articulating Marketing’s critical priorities, and corresponding investments. Develop C-level deliverables
Work across Google’s products to develop solutions to the organization’s challenges and initiatives
Establish Marketing’s priorities and conduct data-driven business analytics to support and make recommendations on strategy and investment
Improve Marketing efficiency and effectiveness by applying a diligent approach to Marketing operational processes
Develop executive level deliverables

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree
2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders
2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives

Preferred

MBA or other advanced degree
Experience in coaching or managing team members and organizational design work
Experience in marketing and marketing capabilities together to drive impact
Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, with an entrepreneurial approach
Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence executive managers
Excellent problem-solving, quantitative analysis, business judgment, and communication skills
