Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital projects within financial services environments
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Collaborate with client stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to drive delivery outcomes
Establish clear governance, reporting, and communication frameworks
Support change, adoption, and continuous improvement across programmes
Qualification
Required
Proven experience delivering IT or digital projects in financial services
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Ability to translate business requirements into structured delivery plans
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Consulting or professional services background
Experience working in regulatory or transformation programmes
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
Exposure to cloud, data, or core banking platforms
Experience working in regional or global delivery models
