Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the North American data center market
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and sales goals
Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content) to generate qualified leads and support sales efforts
Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance optimization
Write, edit, and publish high-quality content such as articles, blog posts, case studies, and white papers
Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of compelling content across various platforms
Optimize content for user experience using CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS
Develop and execute PR plans to enhance brand image and reputation
Craft press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to communicate company news and achievements
Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage
Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media
Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track performance, generate insights, and optimize strategies
Conduct analysis and research on social media marketing trends, audience engagement, and campaign performance specifically for the North American market
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
Use social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics) to track metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business growth in the North American data center market
Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and purchasing patterns to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns
Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for optimization
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics
Prepare detailed reports and present findings to key stakeholders
Develop initiatives to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership
Coordinate PR efforts and secure speaking engagements to amplify brand presence

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, or related field
5+ years in marketing with a focus on B2B technology or data center solutions
Proven experience in lead generation and revenue growth
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager, social media marketing tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Magento)
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
Proven experience conducting market research and competitive analysis specifically for the North American market
Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and purchasing patterns to develop data-driven strategies
Expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and analysis, including using social media analytics tools to drive engagement and optimize performance
