Responsibilities

Lead technical design and development for full-stack solutions
Drive migration from legacy technologies to modern stack (ReactJS, .NET Core)
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and CI/CD processes
Collaborate with Solution Architect and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
Mentor team members and share technical knowledge across teams
Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments
Should be able to perform Monolithic to Microservices transition

Required

Full Stack Development: ReactJS, .NET Core, MVC .NET, C#
Database: MS SQL Server
Cloud: AWS services (hands-on experience)
API Development: REST API design and implementation
DevOps: CI/CD pipeline implementation
Security: Application security best practices
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a technical lead role
Proven experience in leading teams in Agile Scrum environments

Preferred

AngularJS
Classic ASP
Experience with application modernization projects
