Set technical direction and lead a high-performing MEP team
Ensure design quality that's code-compliant, constructible, and future-ready
Mentor engineering leaders and cultivate a high-accountability culture
Partner with PMs and clients to deliver on time and with precision
Drive innovation across workflows, tools, and sustainable design practices
Qualification
Required
15+ years in MEP engineering; 8+ in technical leadership
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Strong command of complex systems, design standards, and tools like Revit
A track record of growing teams and delivering at scale
Preferred
commissioning, sustainability, or digital ops experience
