Manage and service a book of personal and/or commercial insurance accounts
Handle inbound and outbound client communications related to policies, renewals, and coverage changes
Generate new business through inside sales and cross-selling opportunities
Prepare quotes, applications, endorsements, and policy documentation
Support renewals, remarketing efforts, and retention initiatives
Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding items
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing and servicing insurance accounts
Strong communication skills for handling client communications
Ability to generate new business through inside sales
Experience in preparing quotes, applications, endorsements, and policy documentation
Knowledge of renewals, remarketing efforts, and retention initiatives
Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate client records
