Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all reorganization and eDiscovery requests
Ensure timely execution of approved tasks and maintain audit-ready documentation
Oversee process adherence to ITIL and compliance standards
Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and identify automation opportunities
Act as escalation point for operational issues and stakeholder communication
Prepare and deliver KPI and SLA reports for management
Facilitate CAB meetings and improvement workshops

Qualification

Windows File ServicesITIL process expertiseGerman language skillsAnalytical thinkingLeadership skillsAgile/Scrum certificationOrganizational change experienceCompliance familiarity

Required

Strong understanding of Windows File Services structure and delegated rights
ITIL process expertise (Change, CSI, Incident, Request)
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Leadership and team management skills
Analytical and strategic thinking
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
ITIL v4 Managing Professional (mandatory)
Proven experience in leading IT operations teams
Experience in organizational change and process improvement
Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements

Preferred

Agile/Scrum certification (preferred)
