Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on W2
7 years of Agile (Coaching, Scrum, or product owner) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
8 years of Agile experience on an Agile team (i.e., Product Owner, Scrum Master)
7 years of leadership experience
5 years as an active Agile Coach
3 years of experience implementing scaled Agile transformation in a complex, silo-driven environment
Preferred
Experience in diverse and inclusive work environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to changing environments and challenges
