Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of commercial real estate closings, including pre-closing preparations and post-closing tasks
Utilize Qualia software to organize and oversee closing documents and processes
Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and third parties to ensure timely and accurate completion of transactions
Review and prepare legal documents related to commercial real estate transactions
Maintain case files and documentation using case management software
Conduct due diligence, including title searches and resolving title issues
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines during the closing process
Track and update transaction timelines to meet critical deadlines
Provide support in resolving any closing-related discrepancies or issues
Collaborate with the team to improve closing procedures and streamline workflows
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a paralegal with a focus on commercial real estate transactions
Proficiency in Qualia or similar closing software
Strong knowledge of case management software and document organization
Familiarity with commercial real estate laws and regulations
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple closings simultaneously with attention to detail
Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with legal teams and clients
Problem-solving skills to address title and closing-related issues
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
